We can also re-send or update the system remotely when necessary.
Our system is designed to work both online and offline, ensuring that your operations can continue even if your internet connection becomes unstable. Only specific features that require online verification depend on internet connectivity.
For customer support, we provide real human assistance, not automated bots. Our team is available through a 24-hour ticketing support system, which allows us to monitor and respond quickly to client concerns.
In practice, system issues are extremely rare. Most of the problems we encounter happen only when devices are physically tampered with, such as when wiring is altered. Because of situations like this, we have continuously improved and strengthened the system’s security over time.

With regard to the price, it would not be accurate to say that our system is expensive. What we offer is actually affordable. However, I would like to clarify something first: are you looking for something cheap, meaning something very low-priced or even low-quality, the kind that is just inexpensive so there is something to use even if it does not work properly or is unreliable?If what you are looking for is simply the cheapest option, something very cheap even if the system is not accurate or does not function properly, then that is not the kind of product we provide. Our system focuses on quality and reliability.
In fact, our POS system has passed two BIR accreditations, which is a strong indication of its quality and compliance. Passing even one accreditation already requires strict standards, so having two demonstrates that the system meets a high level of reliability and performance.
Another advantage is that our software can be customized based on the client’s needs. Because of that, our clients are not only from our local area. We have clients across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, even though our office is based in Bulacan.
If you are looking for a solution that is affordable while still maintaining high quality, then our POS system would be a good option. But if the goal is simply to find something cheap regardless of quality, that is not something we offer.
When it comes to pricing, we also benchmark our prices against competitors. We carefully check the market to make sure our pricing remains competitive and reasonable. However, we do not reduce the quality of the system just to make it extremely cheap.
Additionally, our system is offered with a one-time payment, meaning you do not have to continuously pay monthly fees. Considering the quality, the BIR accreditations, and the one-time payment setup, it would not be correct to describe the system as expensive. How do I cancel or change my order?

Whats important is that our POS has 2 accreditations coming from the BIR of burea of internal revenue. Meaning you are buying quality and reliability.
Pero kung ang gusto nyo lang po ay yung mga mumurahin na wala pong guarantee sa quality, baka mag suffer ang business nyo. pag hindi reliable ang system most likely malugi kayo sa mga maling computation or nakawan.
